Saoghal, its magic, and its creatures are all tied closely to Celtic Mythology
As such, many of the names and words you may seem are mixes of modern-day Irish (Irish Gaelic) and Scottish Gaelic.

As an author who was not only born in England but is also an Irish Citizen, I want to try to best represent this mythology.

Dialogue
"Caraid" is the request for partnership, allegiance, or friendship between the pixies and the creatures surrounding them.
Being the caraid of a creature means that you share a bond, sometimes just a mere respect for one another that allows temporary friendship, othertimes a deep bind between souls that also comes with the ability to communicate with one another.
